Invited XP machine to connect to XP Pro machine by emailing RA Invitation.
(both on cable modem, Windows Firewall turned on)

Entered password and received message:
Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the host name
could not be resolved. Please try again.

What are we doing wrong.

Are either of you running your cable modem behind a router? If so, is the
router upnp compatible? Is this invitation being sent via email or by
windows messenger. If you both have messenger, try connected through it
first.
