RAM Heatsinks?

I have a Geforce2 GTS-V @ 200/330 OC'ed. I want to add ram heatsinks and a new fan. What difference will heatsinks do? will I be able to OC it close to a PRO? i was planning on using silver thermal compound to stick them on the ram. What heatsinks will you guys recommend? thanx for the info!

I use ThermalTake DDR heatsinks on my GeForce2 MX, you can simply stick them on the RAM with some supplied thermaltape.

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground .

Don't know, but they are OC'ed from 166 to 205 MHz but I only tried with the heatsinks on, not without.
