Is this a post only group ?

This error? msg should be cause to sentence Bill Gates to life w/o parole
@ hard labor + bread & water twice daily!

So why is access denied ?
And how do I get access to delete the file ??

details: WinXP pro, I'm the ONLY user on my computer. Yes, Computer admin
user.
