Playstation 2 game? What is the name? (racing game)

Hi everyone. I have a question for you smarty pants. I am getting my
boyfriend a Playstation 2 for Xmas, and I know he had mentioned
something about a racing game that he wants. This is all I know about
it...

1. crotch rocket-like motorcycle racing game.
2. something about RS1 or RX1?
3. Its suppose to be kick ass

Does anyone know about this game--what it may be called??? If
no...what are some of the best selling, must have games for a new
playstation 2 user?

Crotch rocket racing, eh? It's probably Midnight Club. As for good
games coming out, a racing game that will keep him addicted ( and may
shake up your relationship ), is Gran Turismo 4.
