Its got radiators good active cooling overclocks like a dream 2.8 ns ddr ram made by Hercules (confused by this part?). And sells for 399 euro (somebody convert that to us dollars for me please). The old info is that its clocked at 350/350 and pcb is similar to the one used on the fire gl 8800

More about : info rv250

Ati signed a deal with hercules so that hercules could make ati cards. Also from 399 euro to us dollars, it would be about 360 US Dollars.

When I mean confused I mean shouldn't ATI make the first batch of rv250's.

Part of the reason for that is that nVidia raised their selling price to Hercules because Hercules made Kyro cards. That means Hercules either has to make less of a profit (or take a loss), or sell the cards at a higher price. That hurt their sales, and (probably) caused them to move to Ati.

Isn't that anti-competitive? Couldn't Hercules sue them?

Hercules was and is always the best! I am still using the Mx from Hercules for one of my computer!

Yes, but you'd have to prove beyond a doubt that that's the reason they raised prices, and the effort would have to be worth the court fees.

Flamethrower, I'm sure you're right. That's just the reason I've heard recently.

And I just recently sold my Hercules 64MB MX. It out-performed all my friend's 32MB MX cards (Elsa, MSI, etc) by a fair margin.

ROFL. Dude maybe I'm a little slow, but I just noticed your signature. The boobs took me a couple of seconds to see em'- kinda like those "hidden" pictures where you stare until the picture "pops out" at you.

That's 350 DDR RAM right? (i.e. 700Mhz)

Yeah, hearing that Hercules will use 2.8ns DDR with it.
