I found this in my travels through the world of cheap parts.

"Super ATI Radeon VE 64MB AGP VGA TV Out - Retail Box"

£34.40

Most of the Radeons are £120 - £200+

What's going on?

I've never heard of it. Is it DDR or SDRAM version.
And what the heck is "super" supposed to stand for.

<A HREF="http://www.ebuyer.com/" target="_new">Here</A>

I can't give you a link right to it, as I get it on a search and the search function prevents links.

Do a product search. Category - vid cards, sub category - AGP, manufacturer - Super Grace Electronics.

The Radeon VE is a CUT DOWN Radeon, the Radeon DDR is about 50% faster than the Radeon VE. It's like comparing a GeForce2 GTS to a GeForce2 MX.

What's the frequency, Kenneth?
February 23, 2002 4:38:43 AM

Radeon VE has no T&L engine...where you guys been? Its slighly slower than a mx400.

It's not what they tell you, its what they don't tell you!
