I am running an abit kr7a-raid with an xp 1800+ and 512 MB pc2100. I have a Radeon 8500 and am wondering if I can safely enable AGP Fast Writes? Also, what sort of performance increases can I expect and in what situations?
I Rand 3DSysMark 2001 SE and compared to other similar systems on their site, and mine got smoked. I have no idea. I recieved a 7660 and others are more than 1000 points above that, with similar hardware. Thanks for any and all help.
