Vid Card differences

OKay, I am thinking of getting a Raedon 8500, now that they are cheaper, but I have a question. What is the difference between the cards you get over the internet, the OEM cards you get over the Internet, and the ones you would buy at your local Best Buy or whatever? IE, which one is faster, cheaper, more cost effective, etc?

Well OEM or LE Radeon 8500 are clocked at 250/500 and Retail Radeon 8500 are clocked at 275/550.

On the internet if you goto a shop make sure it says Radeon 8500 Retail and the Retail has been seen at $160.
