Every so my Axim X30 touch screen locks up, why??

Today has made the 4th time in the last 2 months that my X30 has locked up.
What happens is that the touchscreen simply doesn't work. I can do a reset
or even a hard reset with no affect. After about 2-3 hours of just sitting
there the Dell starts working as though nothing ever went wrong.

Is there anyone else getting this problem or have a suggesting how to fix
this?

Did you ever find a solution for this problem?? Sometimes (not often but frequent enough to aggravate me) my X30 goes dim and despite tapping it I can see the desktop etc. in the dim background but it won't light up again and I have to hard re-set. I have checked the brightness settings and they all appear to be in order. Any ideas??
