When logged onto net, I cannot access Internet Explorer or Yahoo sites
(Mozilla Firefox works fine). I'm seeing this message: Prog
Files\IntExp\iexplore.exe "This application has requested the Runtime to
terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team
for more info". This is happening only from the Administrator user account;
other users can access these sites with no problem. Any ideas? I've run
McAfee virus scan and found QLowZones-2 in two files. The program was not
able to delete it from one of the local files under Administrator, saying
"file could not be located". Could this be part of the problem?
Any help will be appreciated - I'm ready to learn!

If none of the above fixes the issue then download Hijack this, run it, save
a copy of the log file and cut and paste it back here to this group so that
I can analyze it. Ignore anyone especially the troll Leythos, who will tag
along a nonsense post to this message, who tells you to post it elsewhere. I
need to see it not them.
