Hello,
I cannot get into my files without permission, how can i change this so that the restricted user also has write permission to all data files,but does not have admin privileges.

in an admin account:
right click the folder you want to change the permissions of
click properties
go to security tab
click edit
select which user you want to modify
in the bottom box, select full control
click Ok
