Hello,
how to change ip address in windows 7

Click Start
Select Control Panel
Select Network and Internet
On the top left of the window select Change adapter settings
This brings up a window showing your NICs.
Right click on the NIC you want to change and select properties.
Double click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
Select Use the following IP address:
Enter the information you want.
Click OK when done.
