After every second restart of Windows XP the service svchost is taking 10
minutes 80-90 % usage of the cpu. This and the winlogon process making
problems. When we look into filemon we see that it is always accessing files
in the folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\Repository\FS\INDEX.MAP

Any suggestions ?
