Gigabyte P4 Intel 850 MoBo & AOpen GeForce4 ??

Does anyone know if there's a compatability problem between the Gigabyte P4 Intel 850 chipset motherboard and the AOpen GeForce4 MX 440 card?

There shouldn't be any compatibility problems with any i850 board, unless you run into problems with the card fitting into the slot but I've only heard of one mobo that has that prob.

Also you may want to consider a GF3 ti200. Its a better card for about the same money.
