Buy windows XP to replace windows 7

Hi - have windows 7 and need XP to work for new company, is this an easy thing to do

  1. If it's anew pc preloaded with W7 then you have problems getting drivers for XP.
    An easier solution, if you have the Professional or Ultimate version is to use the XP mode by installing XP in W7.
    If you only have the Home Premium you can upgrade to the Professional version to be able to use XP mode, which will allow you to run programs that are not compatible with W7.

  2. I agree that XP mode is the way to go. I used to run Vista in a virtual machine under XP so I'd be able to answer questions that my students had, now I run XP in a virtual machine under Windows 7, partially for the same reason.
