I have noted that if I use "Fast user switching" in Log on/off options, the
following happens.

The computer turns itself off after loading the other user programs.

If I choose not to use the (Fast User Switching), then it logs of and I can
log on as the other user.

What have I done to unable the (Fast User Switching), ???

This is what I use on Microsoft Windows 2002 XP Home Ver 5.01.2600 Service
Pack 2.
Also I use the "Cool and Quiet" applet from ASUS.
