Where do I get...

I was wondering what could I use to run benchmark tests on my pc? I keep hearing and reading about 3DMarks and Frame rates...but I'm not sure exactly what to do...can somebody help me out!?

In almost all games, you can select to show frame rates, and in most you can run pre-recorded demos that will give you a readout at the end of your frame rates.
