I recently installed a PNY GeForce2 MX 400 PCI card. When I went to the NVidia chipset properties, the graphics processor is showing as GeForce2 MX 100/200. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

What drivers do you have? maybe if you upgrade the drivers that could help...

I have installed the newest drivers for my system components and graphics card. I am trying to get in touch with PNY support. When and if I ever do, I'll post their comments here for future reference. They don't respond to email and getting in touch with them on the phone is proving to be futile.

 Is it a new feature or a defect?

Word from PNY Tech Support is that the card is defective!
