Resolution's: 1280x1024x16 / 1280x1024x24, I know what the 1280x1024 is but what's the x16 x24 oe x32 at the end? and what's the practical or noticeable visual differance between x16 compared to x 32??

16, 24, and 32 refer to 16-bit, 24-bit, and 32-bit color depth. 16-bit color means 2^16, or 65,536 colors. 24-bit color means 2^24, or 16.8 million colors. 32-bit color means 2^32, or 4.3 billion colors.
More color combinations means more realism. I'm not sure there is discernable difference between 24-bit and 32-bit color on a typical CRT but there is a huge improvement over 16-bit. I think there are technical reasons why 32-bit color is more common than 24-bit color.
32 is 2^5 (2*2*2*2*2). Computers, being binary, work easier with numbers that are perfect factors of 2.
What are you talking about? I'm talking about 32 bit color not 32 colors. 32 bit color means 2^32 separate color combinations. That's 4.3 billion possible colors.
