R8500 o/c question!?

When I try to o/c my radeon i can hit only 290/280, I have mounted crystal orb on core. I am using Power Strip and 6043 drivers.
My specs
T-bird 1,4@1,55 (155 FSB)
384 MB KingMax 333 DDR (PC2700)
EPOX 8KHA+

BDW my radeon is bulk

he said its bulk, which leads me to think its a white box, and thus OEM. His stock clock then was probably 250 GPU 250x2 DDR MEM. So its not really THAT bad of an overclock, I'm not familiar with the ram on the oems, so I'm not sure what they are supposed to be capable of.

i didnt see where it said bulk anyway if it is clocked at 250/250 thats probably about right have a look at your ram and see if it is 3.6 or 4.0ns ram you need to look at the last two numbers that will tell you

Could the voltmod help, and can you describe me how can I do it on Radeon because this is my first ATI card!?
