Hello,
My Bluetooth USB adapter can't connect with my Nokia (6600 & 6680). Even
with Widcomm's drivers (I installed the proper software) couldn't connect.
Now I have Windows Generic Bluetooth Radio. I think it works OK, beside the
pairing. I mean, Windows recognize the Bluetooth adapter when I plug it in.
But, as I said before, I can't add a device. It used to work OK (besides the
known issues, that sometimes you send the file after the 3rd effort etc.).
Maybe it broke because somehow after a lond time worked the IrDA USB
adapter!!! Those things can't work together!
I don't want to delete the registry key at
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\ as Mark L. Ferguson always
suggests.
Another thing, associated with Bluetooth ports: In Device Manager -> Ports
(COM & LPT) -> Communications Port -> Port Settings -> Advanced... -> the COM
Ports (numbers) that they are in used, is 70 (from 256)! It was 75, I erased
some. So if I create one (income, the PC start the connection) from Bluetooth
settings, it will be the 71st. (I have a USB hub with 4 USB ports so
plug-unplug all the time...) I don't think that it is normal.
Any others ideas how to pair the devices?
Thank you
