I have just bought a Gainward GF3 Ti200 128Mb graphics card. I have tryed to run the card through 3dMark 2001, and the software is telling me that the card is not Direct x8 compatible and cant run the test's. I have Direct x8.1 installed and when installing the drivers that came with the card I am sure it said that it gave me the option to Install direct x8 anyway. I am a bit confused can anyone enlighten me. Where can i get all these latest version iof Detonator drivers that I keep reading about, Nvidia site has 23.11 but I have seen some post that are advertising 27.xx version, Where do they come from?
Thanks

The best thing to do if you have that sort of problem, is uninstall the card and then reinstall the Detonator drivers again.

Also, it never hurts to make sure your AGP driver is the most up to date.

I do not like it Tom you see,
I do not like green PCB.

Y'know, I had the EXACT same problem. I uninstalled 3DMark, then reinstalled it after rebooting = problem gone.
I would suggest that - you also will want to upgrade to the Second Edition of that proggy.
