ok, i have this intel 815 chipset on an asus cusl2 motherboard. the intel 815 chipset has an integrated graphics card. but the problme is that there is no place to set the refresh rate. i downloaded the latest intel graphics driver and i can set the resolutiona nd color depth but there is no options for refresh. my monitor syas that it is currently running at 59hz, and this is giving me a headache.

is this a win98 issue, intel graphics chipset issue, asus motherboard issue, or what? i need to get 85hz. the specs for both the monitor(KDS) and the graphics set say that it supports 85hz, so how do i get it?

well here's what happened. i specified my monitor and i got only two options for the adapter refresh: optimal, and adapter deafualt. both turned out to be 60hz refresh again. but i did find a half assed fix. i added the monitor as a standard 1024x768 @75hz. 75 isn't 85 but it's better than 60.

ok, now here's what happened. after i resat my computer when i installed the 1024x768@75hz monitor my computer found the kds monitor by itself again and resat again. now i have the full range of refresh rates, everything is ok now.
