dual monitor help!!!

I have a Geforce3 card in my agp slot (Hercules 3d Prophet III to be exact, but it's running the standard detxp drivers) and a visiontek geforce2 pci in a pci slot, and I can't get the pci card to work. I get anerror in device manager that says Windows couldn't load the drivers for the device. what do I do? (running win2k, by the way.)
