That Matrox card is probably another April Fool's Hoax.

It probably is a joke, since I just recently came across an article on extremetech that mentioned that Matrox will be creating a new 3D card - G800. The specs on the card are not as great as I was expecting, but Matrox is working on a new way of rendering 3D textures which could make it possible for them to perform better than what the specs might suggest.
