LeadTek is a good brand, I don't know anything specific about the Leadtek GF4. I doubt the performance will be that different from a PNY or a VisionTek.

I just don't want to end up with a card that has no support or some such. The only thing I see different about the PNY's and VisionTek's is that they have waaaay cooler looking boxes =P.
most manufacturers don't even make specific drivers for their cards so all of them will use the reference nvidia drivers. I think Asus is probably one of the only companies left that deviates from the reference design and actually makes their own drivers. As far as Ti4400's are concerned they are almost all alike, and will perform very close to each other. The only exception might be that some brands might overclock more than others because of better heat sinks. But if I remember correcly the Leadtek has one of the best heat sink configurations.
