HELP PLEASE!!! NEED HELP OC'ing

hey, my system is:

AXP 1900 (not unlocked)
VisionTek Xtasy GeForce 4 Ti4400
Soltek SL-7DVRV4
256MB Kingson DDR266 ECC CL=2.0
Dragon Orb 3 7k
Good case cooling in my Antec SX1030 with a 350W PS

So far i have only messed with FSB, because i dont know what all the settings do/mean. I can only get FSB to like 140 before it freezes in UT. What kind of FSB should i expect from a locked XP 1900? The mobo got good reviews, saying it was a good OC'er.

350W PS is enough right, i only have one hard drive, one CDRW and one floppy.

Please tell me ALL the BIOS (award 2mb) settings that i should change, and the voltage to the cpu/ram etc. I dont think i can change the multiplier for the PCI.

PS. Does anyone know how to find the framerate in UT? What is the console command for recording a demo? Is there something i have to do first, like create a file or somethine? TY!
