Overclocking utilities - Which one?

Does it make a difference which overclocking utility you use. I use Powerstrip. Also, can overclocking a graphics card permanently damage it. (I have a GF3 Ti200)

I'm a hardcore overclocker. Ipersonally recomend Rivatuner. Available here.<A HREF="http://www.guru3d.com" target="_new">http://www.guru3d.com</A>. One it takes up less memory. Two it takes less cpu cycles. Three it has lots more options and tweeks. Need more?
