How to enable Fast Write on new Abit GF4-4400?

I've got AGP 4x , sideband etc. working, but I can't figure out how to turn on fast write (FA) The PCIList utility reports "Fast Write Protocol: supported, currently n/a" Is the problem in the MB software/setup, (ECS P4s5a, w/sis645 chipset) or is it in the Silura GF4 ti set up, or do I need to use a third party utility like Powerstrip?
Could a more experienced tweaker point me in the right direction?

If you get Rivatuner <A HREF="http://www.guru3d.com" target="_new">here</A> you can change the AGP settings like sideband and fast writes and so on.
