Everyone is probably tired of these posts, but I need a little advice. I am running an Athlon T-bird 1300 on an Asus A7Pro board, with 1.2 Gb of ram. I currently have an Asus V7700 (GeForce2) vid card. I am thinking about upgrading to a Visiontek ti4400. Smart? I have heard that the G4 cards can be somewhat limited by processor, and mine is a little behind. Comments?

OK here it is, your proc isn't that bad. If this card is going to have to last you quite a while, go for the Ti4400, but I'd get a Ti4200. Are you going to be upgrading your comp soon? If you are you could get a Ti4200 and save $100 to spend on a mobo/cpu.

The only reason the GF4 only excels on top of the line systems at the moment is because they were just released. In a month or two as the drivers become more optimized (more efficient at doing what they do), you should be able to see improved performance on your current system. Go ahead and get a TI4400, once you try Aniso and FSAA, you'll never want to go back to your GF2 again.
