Uninstall it, use ccleaner and install another AV. Let me know if that fix the problem.

I installed Avast! AV
... http://www.avast.com/free-antivirus-download ...
but it didn't stop the 4107 errors.
Could the fact that they are both FREE AV versions have anything to do with the error, I wonder?

FYI - I am using the Avira AV (FREE version) on my Vista laptop without getting this 4107 error.

Right other users has the same problem and with only uninstall the Avira AV was solved but like I see this's not ur case.

Let me think in other possible reasons for that.

Have a look at this thread. Basically it says that the error is not important and will clear itself in time.

Excellent link, thanks! I've been wondering about this message myself.

So it appears that the message has nothing whatsoever to do with viruses or antivirus software.
