DEP and Microsoft Management Console problem

I have DEP turned on for all programs and services and have at least
14 programs which I have excluded from DEP.

Of the fourteen programs thirteen are ignored by DEP but the one
program that DEP appears to have problems with is "Microsoft
Management Console".

Even though it is listed in my programs to be excluded from DEP each
time I try to access "Services" in "Administrative Tools" the Services
window opens and immediately I get a Data Execution Prevention
message.

It states that "To help protect your computer, Windows has closed this
program" and the program that it refers to is "Microsoft Management
Console" which should be ignored by DEP!

At the present time I am unable to access Services due to this ongoing
problem.

Anyone have any ideas please of how I can get DEP to see that
Microsoft Management Console is on an excluded list?

The problem of being blocked by 'Microsoft Management Console' whilst
trying to access "Services" has been sorted.

After updating my Anti-virus software and stopping a couple of
services in my Firewall software I now have access to Services.

Took a couple of hours to sort out but finally got there!
