the CPU running @ 100% all the time..WHY?

i have got this problem in all my computer now..
and it just slows down the computer like hell..

is it a ADware BUGs or a virus???
anyone got the same problem..
i know i am not alone...

the CPU usage under task manager is 100% and
the listed explorer.exe is like using 50mb-120mb..
where nothing is running!!!
can someone tell me why?

Explorer is using all the cpu resources? Had a similar problem, I did a format and reinstall (because of some other issues), and it works fine. My suggestion would be the same, really.

Try Adaware proggy or system format might be best. Up to you.
