TUSL2-C & Geforce 3 problem!!!

Dear Sirs,

I just got a Geforce 3 (chip REV A3) from my friend. Is it a
engineer sample, not for sale?

I found whenever you try to overclock the FSB to more than
105MHz, the OS will freeze. I have tried to flash Geforce 3
BIOS to most current one, but no effect. Replace a Geforce 2 MX
to test, no such problem, I can overclock my Celeron 1G to 1.33G
without any problem, so it should be the Geforce 3 (A3) video
card problem.

Do you have any good ideas for it?

MB: ASUS TUSL2-C (BIOS: 1011)
CPU: Celeron 1G
RAM: 512MB

Yes. OK, it could be one of TWO things. When you overclock to a non-standard bus speed, it increases the clock of the Advanced Graphics Port. Some cards do not like this. So that could be your problem. You say your CPU will do 1333, well, since 133 is a standard bus, using the 1/2 AGP/FSB divider, it should still work. If it works at 133 with the MX but not the GF3, you probably need a new power supply.
