GF4 ti4600 MSI or ASUS?

which 1 should i buy:
asus v8469ultra/td or msi g4ti4600-vtd
lets say i dont need any dvd stuff,
and no need the video in that msi have and asus TD version dont.
and i dont care to pay more money for asus.
help any1?

There's also Visiontek, PNY, eVGA, Chaintech ... if you don't need lots of extra junk, just buy the cheapest one.
