Compatibility question

Hello all - This may be a silly question, but I'll ask it anyway. I have an MSI 845 Ultra motherboard - I'm thinking about getting a new video card (either a GeF4 Ti 4400 or 4200, I haven't decided which). Anyway, in my mb manual, it warns not to use a 3.3V AGP card. I've looked through the online specs for several of the video cards I'm considering, but I cannot find anything about 3.3V or any other #V for that matter. Am I overlooking something very obvious here? Thanks in advance!
