Will someone please kindly remind me how do I transfer a Print Screen item
into the body of the email, since some of the Antivirus systems will not
permit attachments to emails to go through.

Please indicate the action step by step,(I am a slow learner) Thank you.

Hi,

1. Press Print screen (key)
2. Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint
3. Click on Edit > Copy
4. File > Save
5. In the dialogue save the file to a location and change the "save as type"
as JPEG.

Open up your mail client and insert the picture/attachement.

Hope this helps,
