Updating Radeon 8500 Drivers

Hey guys,

I was just wondering what procedure i should go aout updating my 8500 drivers...

is uninstalling and re-installing enough?

i've heard you need to remove things from the registry to avoid errors and such... could you guys give me some info?

uninstall the old drivers restart and install the generic windows pci vga drivers.. restart install the new drivers .. that should circumvent all problems
