All of a sudden, after trying to install a printer, a window pops up saying
"WINDOWS INSTALLER" and it is looking to load, then my NORTON ANTI-VIRUS
window pops up and says it doesn't support repair, uninstall and reinstall.

I can't get my printer to work, but I don't know what that message means
either. Am I missing a component to my Windows Installer and if so, how do I
get it back?

Thanks
