setting up windows for email

bought a new computer. and put the windows xp disk in but did not register.
how do i get back to the registering phase. do i reinstall windows xp disk

Microsoft Registration: Start > Run and type: REGWIZ /R ,
and hit enter.

In reality, registration is always an optional choice. Product Activation
MUST always be done.
