I was reading some reviews of the TI4400 series GF4 cards and stumbled along this bad boy. I found it on New Egg for only $242.00. Here is one of the reviews <A HREF="http://www.gamingin3d.com/reviews/A250/" target="_new">http://www.gamingin3d.com/reviews/A250/</A>. How do you guys or gals feel about this card. For the price it looks like you get a lot of bang. It was also rated as being great for OC'ing. <font color=red> JUST LOOK AT THAT HEATSINK!!!</font color=red>

 <font color=red>When overclocking always be sure to wear clean underwear!</font color=red>'

That heatsink is probably worth half the production cost!! I dunno, I think that Heatsinks and fans can only do so much and on .15um, the cores get pretty hot at 275MHz or whatever it is. Unless you go to watercooling, I think you'll be limited. Also the RAM just won't run past a certain speed. It's not the heat keeping it back, just the abilities of the RAM. You'll get artifacts and so forth once it gets too high. I've never used Leadtek cards, but from the reviews, they also look pretty good. If you want a really good overclocker, Gainward cards are pretty well-known for that trait. But the difference isn't that much and you'd be paying more for the Gainward cards.

I've used 2 leadtek cards- in both cases, they have been excellent. Because of this, I have reccomended Leadtek to all my freinds, who have followed my advice, and too are very happy. IMO, they're a great company.

Sig of the week.
