I have a SNES which has been faulty for quite a while, it still works
but with problems.
E.g. on the Super Gameboy the pen and pencil tools don't work - strange
thing was that when it started going wrong (this was many years ago)
the pens and pencils would just draw intermittently (probably spelt
this wrongly).
And on Super Mario World on the map screen, Mario would sometimes fly
off the screen!
And on Donkey Kong Country all the text is screwed up.
I'm wondering what exactly went wrong, my guess is that it's a memory
problem.
Has anyone had a similar problem with their SNES and / or do they know
the problem with it.
Also, I'm not sure whether there is much point servicing it now or just
buying another one second-hand.
