cropping mpg4/DivX?

I have a Divx copy of Nikita recorded with a AIW Radeon that has a small fuzzy strip on top. I want to crop the bad part off, but don't know how. Flask would let me do it if I was converting but it is already converted to DivX. VD has resize but I don't see a crop.

Also is there a way to set up Radeon to not record the fuzzy strip in the first place? TIA for any help!

Is there any direct way to look at all your posts in the Community? The way I have been doing it is to find one of my own posts in an inactive forum (like this one) and clicking on my username. Thanks again.

Found it!

Using VD under video/filters/add select "null transform" which enables crop. This is not really a bug but it is not exactly a user friendly way of doing a crop. In my opinion "null transform" should be renamed "crop" or "clip" or "crop enable".
