Safe to delete these files ?

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support (More info?)

After cleaning up a recent Trojan problem, I am still showing 4 infected
files, and I'm wondering if it is safe to just delete them. I hope someone
here can advise me. They are as follows:

C:\WINDOWS\mm81.ocx
C:\WINDOWS\unstall.exe (note the UNstall and not UNINstall)
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\InstaFinder_inst245.exe

I also have a Mediatickets registry entry that I don't know what to do with.

Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.
