RivaTuner and GF3

According to RivaTuner, I can OC my GF3 2 ways:

1. Enable low level hardware overclock
2. Enable driver level hardware overclock

Which one is better?

The low level I believe adjusts it at the hardware bios level, while the driver level enables the Detonator driver OC features to work. The driver level is probably a better way to test and see what is stable and comfortable to use, and then you can move to the hardware level once you know where you want to keep it.

Do you mean that I have to OC at both levels?
