Slower processor on GF4 Mx460

Does anyone know about any benchmark on a GF4 Mx460 using different processors? I want to know the limit where increasing processor's clock (or model) doesn't increase much of GF4 performance, to buy the cheapest processor/mobo for me. Only for game stuff.

Your CPU will always help to increase your video performance. However, the GF4 MX becomes a bottleneck in your system very easily compaired to the 8500 or GF4 TIs. A good CPU today though will let you later upgrade to a better video card and still get great performance. I'd go with either a low end Athlon XP, or a low end P4 A. It depends on if you want to upgrade your motherboard, memory, and what your budget is.
