Can a geforce 4 ti4400 fit in a p3 slot 1 BE6-II V2.0 mobo?

sure...if there's no big capacitors in line with the agp slot you should be fine, only two things to consider when asking this question.

1. Is it AGP 2.0?

2. are their big capacitors behind the agp slot that will interfere with the card physically?
