I have been attempting to install a software program for at least a week now
and I can't seem to get it to install. Can someone out there help me. The
software program I am trying to install is a 32 bit application that does
install and run under Windows XP. I get this message: The Win16 Subsystem
was unable to enter Protected Mode, DOSX.EXE must be in your AUTOEXEC.NT and
present in your PATH. I have no idea what this means. Can someone please
send me step by step instructions on how to remedy this problem.
