How to set the refresh rate for games in Win XP

Does anybody know, if there is a way to set the refresh rate for games under Win XP using a GeForce4 4600ti?
The standard refresh rate seems to be 60Hz, but when i take a look at the benchmarks of the GeForce4 roundup, they are all at 85Hz.

What schould I do?

Try different drivers. Heres a link:

Download the drivers with "RefreshRate Fixed", maybe that'll fix your problem.
