Which company has better tech support for notebooks? Dell or Toshiba?

I'm gonna say Toshiba, just because I've had bad experiences with Dell support.

Dell support use to be great...but recently, lots of customers have been complaining about their tech support.

When my toshiba satilite died they cross shipped a new one to me the very next day. My vote is for Toshiba.
